WHAT'S THE COST OF SHIPPING?

For now... as a promotional method... Groovy Glides is proud to offer FREE promotional shipping worldwide for a limited time!

- How Can We Do This?
Being a North American company, most of our products and materials are housed overseas for now. We are actively searching for competitive warehousing costs in Canada, but currently, we benefit from lower warehouse and handling costs.

This is good news — it enables us to pass those savings on to you with lower prices and free shipping!

HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders typically average 3–5 business days for processing before they ship (excluding weekends and holidays). In most cases, it's much faster.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER GETS TO ME?

  • U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

  • International orders depend on the fulfillment center the product ships from.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • Within the United States: 2–7 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

  • Average received time: 5–15 days

Note: Circumstances like natural disasters, holidays, or extreme weather may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, delivery issues are ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it ships, we will gladly refund your payment and do our best to locate your item!

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Absolutely! A tracking number will be sent to you via email or text message once your order ships.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHY?

Don't worry!
It’s completely normal.
We work hard to keep your costs low, so sometimes multiple items in one order are shipped separately, especially for heavier products.

You will receive separate tracking numbers via email or text message for each item.

WHY IS THE PRICE ON MY PACKAGE LOWER THAN WHAT I PAID?

Sometimes the value listed on your delivered package may differ from what you paid.
Our fulfillment centers often mark much lower values or classify items as gifts to help prevent tariffs and costly import duties for you.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First, please make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
Then, check your Spam or Junk folders — sometimes the confirmation ends up there.

If you still don't see it, please email our support team at support@groovyglides.com or use our Contact Page and we’ll get you sorted immediately!

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

Anyone at your residence can accept the package on your behalf.
If nobody is home, your postal service will usually leave a collection slip, allowing you to pick up your parcel at the nearest facility.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER/ADDRESS. CAN I?

We highly encourage you to double-check sizes and shipping information before ordering. However, we understand mistakes happen.

If you need to make a change, contact us ASAP at support@groovyglides.com.
We process orders very quickly, often the same day they are placed, so act fast!

  • If your item hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to make the change.

  • If your item has already shipped, unfortunately, we can't alter it. In that case, once you receive the item, you can send it to our nearest Regional Warehouse for an exchange or refund.
